The platform is the result of the work of three generations of a family that has spent its career developing Ukraine's agricultural sector. Starting with Iryna Stepanivna Volenko, an honored livestock specialist, holder of the Order of Princess Olga, and long-time head of the Main Breeding Center of Ukraine and later Ukrplomobilnya.

Svitlana is a specialist in accelerating genetic development in livestock, a doctor of veterinary medicine with a university degree who has repeatedly trained in countries with highly developed livestock production, such as Canada and the United States. Svitlana has more than 25 years of experience in agriculture, having founded her own company, Ukrainian Farms, in 2003. Since 2020, Svitlana has been working on her vision of creating a platform that will help farmers run more sustainable, profitable and fair businesses.
She has over 10 years of experience in project development and start-up businesses in the UK. During this time she has gained a wide range of experience including marketing, business development and operations management.
