This Privacy Policy (the «Policy») has been developed by PanTerrea Limited, (a company registered in England and Wales under the Companies Act 2006, with the number 15874699, hereinafter referred to as the «Company» and/or the «Marketplace Administration») in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, including, but not limited to, the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection» dated June 01, 2010 No. 2297-VI, taking into account the principles and rules of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union regarding the Users of the Marketplace http://panterrea.com and establishes the procedure for obtaining, collecting, accumulating, storing, processing, using, ensuring the protection and disclosure of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the «Data») through the Marketplace and/or mobile application and/or related services and tools.
It is important that you read this Privacy Policy together with any other detailed privacy notices we may provide when we collect or process personal data about you so that you understand our privacy practices with respect to your data.
Data means any information that directly or indirectly relates to a particular User. This may include:
- Identification data, including name and surname, patronymic (if any), information about the type of activity, marital status, education, information provided when the User uses any service(s) provided by the CompanyContact details, including payment address, delivery address, address of residence/stay, email address and telephone numbers.
- Financial data, including bank account and payment card information (via a third-party payment processor, Stripe).
- Transaction data, including information about the User's payments and other information about products and services purchased on the Marketplace.
- Technical and usage data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, your login information, browser session and geolocation data, device (computer, browser type, mobile device operating system) and network information, page and session statistics, referral sources, search queries and/or browsing behavior, information about your access to and use of our website, in particular through the use of Internet cookies, your connection to our website, the type of browser you use, the type of operating system you use, and the domain name of your Internet service provider.
- Profile data, including your PanTerrea username and password, profile picture, purchases or orders made on the Marketplace, support requests, content you post, submit, receive and share through the Marketplace, information you share on social media, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.
- Interaction and communication data, messages (information contained in the correspondence between the Users, as well as in the correspondence with the Marketplace Administration), other information through which communication is carried out, which, at the request of the User, is provided by him/her in the registration form and/or when filling out the Personal Account on the Marketplace, when completing a survey (by filling out a questionnaire or otherwise), writing a message or feedback, or information received during oral communication between the User and the Marketplace Administration.
- Marketing data, including your preferences for goods and services and your communication preferences.
- Professional data, if you are employed by the Company or have applied for such employment, your professional history, such as your previous positions and professional experience.
- Special categories of personal data - This is a special category of personal data that includes information about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, as well as genetic and biometric data. The Company does not process special categories of personal data, nor does it collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses. If at any time we need to collect special categories of data about you, we will collect and use it only in accordance with the requirements of the law.
Data processing means any actions with the Data, including, but not limited to: access, provision, distribution, collection, systematization, storage, accumulation, recording, transfer, blocking, deletion, clarification, updating and/or modification, depersonalization and other ways of using the Data by the Company.
Methods of collecting personal data:
- Directly: We collect personal information that you provide to us directly, including when you register for an account, through the «contact us» form on our Marketplace, or when you request our assistance by email or phone.
- Indirectly: We may collect personal data that you indirectly provide to us when you interact with us, for example, when you use our Marketplace, in emails, over the phone, and in your online requests.
- From third parties: We collect personal data from third parties, such as information about your use of our website from our vendors, analytics and cookies, and advertising service providers. Please see the Cookies section below to learn more about our use of cookies.
- From publicly available sources: We collect personal data from publicly available resources such as Companies House and professional sites such as LinkedIn.

Purposes and legal basis for processing
The Company collects and processes your personal data only if there are legal grounds for doing so in accordance with applicable law. If the User consents to the processing of personal data, he/she has the right to change his/her mind at any time, but this will not affect the processing that has already taken place. The User has the right to object to the processing of their personal data, although in some cases this may mean stopping using the Marketplace. Disclosure of personal data by the Company to third parties
Personal data may be disclosed to the following entities:
- our employees, contractors and/or related organizations;
- IT service providers, data storage, web hosting and servers such as WordPress and related software;
- providers of marketing or advertising services;
- professional advisors, bankers, auditors, insurers and insurance brokers of the Company;
payment systems such as Stripe;
- existing or potential agents or business partners of the Company;
- any person to whom the assets (or any part thereof) of the Company are or may be transferred;
- courts, regulatory authorities and law enforcement officials, as required or authorized by law, in connection with any actual or future legal proceedings or for the purpose of establishing, exercising or protecting the Company's rights and legitimate interests;
- third parties to collect and process data, such as Google Analytics (To learn how Google uses data when you use third-party websites or applications, please visit www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/ or any other URL that Google may use from time to time); and
- any other third parties, if required or permitted by law.
Google Analytics: The Company uses Google Analytics advertising functions, including [ remarketing functions, advertising reporting functions, reports on demographics and interests, store visits, reports on impressions on the Google Display Network, etc. ]. The Company and third-party vendors together use first-party cookies (e.g., Google Analytics cookies) or other first-party identifiers, as well as third-party cookies (e.g., Google advertising cookies) or other third-party identifiers.
The user can opt-out of Google Analytics advertising features, including the Google Analytics Opt-out browser add-on, which can be found here. To opt-out of personalized ads on the Google Display Network, visit Google's Ads Preferences Manager here or, if you wish to opt-out permanently, even if all cookies are deleted from your browser, install the appropriate plugin here. Transfers abroad
If the Company discloses personal data to the third parties listed above, these third parties may store, transfer or access personal data outside of Ukraine, including the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Poland. The level of data protection offered by others may be less comprehensive than that offered in Ukraine. In case of transferring personal data outside of Ukraine, the Company will carry out such transfer using appropriate security measures in accordance with the requirements of applicable data protection legislation and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This includes:
- transfer personal data only to countries that are considered to provide an adequate level of personal data protection under applicable data protection laws; or
- on the basis of agreements with third parties located abroad with a reservation on the protection of personal data.
Saving data
The Company shall store personal data only as long as it is reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes of its collection, in particular, but not exclusively, of a legal, regulatory, tax, accounting nature. The Company may retain personal data for a longer period in case of a complaint or if there are grounds to believe that there is a prospect of a legal dispute with the User.
To determine the appropriate period for storing personal data, the Company takes into account the amount, nature and confidentiality of personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which personal data is processed, as well as relevant legal, regulatory, tax, accounting and other requirements.
User rights and control of personal data
User's choice: please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you, as a Marketplace User, provide the Company with personal data, you understand that we will collect, store, use and disclose your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The Marketplace User is not obliged to provide personal data, however, in case of refusal, the use of the Marketplace may be restricted or prohibited.
Information from third parties: If the Company receives personal data from a third party, it is subject to protection under this Privacy Policy. If you are a third party who provides personal data about someone else, you represent and warrant that you have the consent of that person to transfer personal data.
Access, rectification, processing: The User has the right to request details of the personal data stored about him/her and how it is processed («data subject request»). The User also has the right, in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation, to request the correction or deletion of his/her personal data, restriction of processing of such information, object to decisions made on the basis of automated processing if the decision will have legal consequences or similar significant impact on the User, and to stop the unauthorized transfer of his/her personal data to a third party.
Unsubscribe: To unsubscribe from email communications or to opt out of communications (including promotional communications), please contact us using the information below or unsubscribe using the opt-out tools provided in the communication.
Withdrawal of consent: The user has the right to withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data at any time. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before its withdrawalWithdrawal of consent may be grounds for limiting or prohibiting further use of the MarketplaceIn this case, the User will receive a notification.
Storage and security
When processing the Data, the Company shall take all necessary technical, organizational, and legal measures to protect the Data from unauthorized and/or unauthorized access to such Data, including from changes, deletion, provision, distribution, and other illegal actions.
The Company monitors the security measures taken on an ongoing basis.
The Company cannot guarantee the complete security of any information transmitted via the Internet. The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at the User's own risk.
Cookies The Company may use cookies on the Marketplace. Cookies are text files that are placed in your computer's browser to save your preferences and provide a better user experience. By themselves, cookies do not tell us your email address or other personal information. However, they do recognize you when you return to our online services and may allow third parties such as Google and Facebook to cause our advertisements to be displayed on your social media and online information channels.If you provide personal data to the Company, this data may be linked to the data stored in the cookie. If required by law, the Company will ask for your consent before placing any non-essential cookies on your device. The Marketplace may contain links to the websites of other parties. The Company does not control these websites and is not responsible for the protection and confidentiality of any personal data that the User provides while visiting these websites. These websites are not governed by this Privacy Policy.
Changes and additions
The Company has the right to make changes and/or additions to this Privacy Policy.
In the event of changes and/or additions to this Privacy Policy, Users shall be notified by publishing an updated version on the Company's website.
